A missional church is described as one who has accepted the call of Christ to go into the lost world as a missionary to the people around them. Jesus said, "As you [God] sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world" (John 17:8). Missional means that we believe Jesus Christ is on a mission to seek and save people, change their lives, and transform their cultures. Because of this we believe that Christians, Christian organizations, and Christian churches exist to join Jesus on His mission by immersing themselves in whatever culture Jesus has placed them.
